As a recent bride, I know how overwhelming it is to go from “just engaged” to “I need to make a hundred decisions, now.” When I planned my own wedding, I kept wishing I had a go-to person; someone who knew Modern Orthodox weddings, wasn’t trying to sell me anything, and would just tell me what they’d do.

So that’s what I do now.

Modern Kallah is for the bride planning her own wedding. You’re the one making the decisions and choosing what matters most to you. I’m the one who makes the vendor calls, maps out your chuppah, and answers the “wait, is this normal?” question.

I work exclusively on Modern Orthodox weddings across the tri-state area, so I know these venues, these vendors, and the details that are easy to miss but hard to fix later: the Hebrew date on your invitation, how much time your bedeken actually needs, who gets which honor under the chuppah.
